Message	maybe my network admin is blocking the site the pic is coming from. If it is streetneeds....that doesn't make it through the filter here. Are you reffering to the plastic caps at each end of the metal outer piece? it's a very thin sliver of plastic about 1/4 inch thick and is on each end? If so, he can contact coz or any dealer. I got mine through Coz for about $6 bucks each
